Personal Attention – Our Small Group Training classes are small by design so you’ll be able to get some personal attention from the trainer. While it’s not a one on one personal trainer, it’s someone that can give you quick tips and will be aware of your form for the best possible workout. And it’s a lot less expensive than a personal trainer!

Group Encouragement –Small Group Training Classes are full of people that are in the same boat as you. They want to get fit and need a positive environment to do so. So everyone encourages each other to get in the last few reps, even when pulling out those last couple of dreaded burpees!

Fun Environment – We know what you’re thinking, working out is…fun?! In a small group training class, it is absolutely an enjoyable time. Whether you’re doing an arm, back or lower body guided class, working out together causes smiles that are infectious.
